Nutrition Package Program
This 6 week nutrition package is for the woman who is experiencing digestive pains and discomforts. You may have imbalanced hormones and/or menstrual irregularities like PCOS or endometriosis that need addressing.
This package is an excellent place to start your healing journey, especially if you’re thinking about trying to conceive!
When digestion and hormones are balanced, it will help tremendously in your day-to-day life and in your attempts to become pregnant.
I always recommend to future moms (and dads) to take the time needed to heal yourself so you can feel your best, so you can prepare yourself for what’s to come – pregnancy! That’s why now is always the best time to fix your gut.
Even if you’re not trying to conceive, it’s always wise to address things like indigestion, heartburn, gas, bloating, etc… What are you waiting for?

1 initial consultation including detailed history

What is Holistic Nutrition?
Véronique’s goal as a holistic nutritionist is to look at each individual as a whole, to find and address the root cause of any underlying health concerns that you may have. She looks at diet and lifestyle to build a tailored protocol and creates a plan of action that will best suit your goals and needs. While she offers a 6 week program to help get the digestive tract in order, she offers longer-term and more comprehensive 12 & 24 week fertility nutrition programs as well.
Why is Nutrition Important?
Nutrition is fundamental for the normal growth, development, and maintenance of the human body. We get all the necessary building blocks from FOOD to feed every single cell in our system. When thinking of nourishing your body, you should think about consuming a wide variety of foods to get the biggest array of minerals, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, and essential fatty acids.
How Can a Nutritionist Help Me?
As a certified nutritional practitioner, my holistic approach involves working together to help you build a strong foundation in your day-to-day life. I help you identify which foods are best for your body and which lifestyle recommendations you can implement. My goal is to help you feel energizes, give you motivation and strength and to give you back your power as a sovereign being. When is Nutrition Important?
Good nutrition fuels our body, mind and soul. When selecting which foods to eat, Véronique believes that choosing nutrient dense foods is far more important than counting calories. The quality of food that is consumed on a daily basis is necessary for all, from the moment we are conceived.
How Does Nutrition Affect Health?
Food is life. The foods we eat will ultimately determine the type of nutrients our body receives: this will help to determine the integrity of your cells as well as how they carry out their bodily functions.
Think of it this way: using a good oil in your car helps to extend the life of your vehicle, while using a cheap oil will result in your cars’ lifespan being diminished due to clogging of pipes and deterioration of its components. The same can be said about the quality of food you put into your body.
Eating poorly puts an extra strain on your system, which could cause blockages and damage the integrity of your cells.
Eating well allows your body to operate efficiently and optimally, resulting in you feeling good, too!
Where Does Good Nutrition Start?
Good nutrition starts with becoming more conscious of the foods you choose to consume. You will want to look for whole foods, eating the “colors of the rainbow” and drinking plenty of water. Which foods to eat, how to prepare them and when to consume them varies from person to person – this is where having a registered nutritional practitioner by your side helps you. Can gut health help with immunity, inflammation, anxiety, skin, acne, hormones and the brain?
The simple answer is yes.
In one way or another, everything is connected to your digestive system and its health. Issues with immunity, inflammation, anxiety, skin, acne, hormones and the brain can all be linked to the health of your gut – this is why Véronique takes the time to address your digestive health so seriously.
Which foods help with gut health?
Foods that help to fix your gut health include foods that are fermented, the color of the rainbow, alkalizing, contain healthy fats, or are whole. Highly processed foods, sugars and alcohol should be avoided when working to strengthen immune health because they can be highly inflammatory.
Because everything is connected, one must take a good look at their emotional load as well as the integrity of their nervous system when addressing gut health.
Can proper nutrition and digestion increase my energy?
Eating the right types of foods, in the right order and being able to digest them well will be a major contributor in how much energy we have through the day.
Every living cell in your body requires energy, it is what keeps us moving.. This energy is attained by consuming it, digesting it, absorbing it, and then utilizing or storing it. With that energy, our cells are able to function: they can replicate themselves, repair themselves, they can take out very specific functions and work with surrounding cells to make up living organisms! Our body is made of trillions of cells so if we keep those cells happily “fed” we can help our bodies run just a little more smoothly, thus keeping us healthy for longer while also helping to increase our energy!
How can I build my immune system?
A few things that help make for a strong immune system are:
– Getting enough exercise/movement throughout the day
– Eating the rainbow
– Eating enough to fuel your body
– Drinking plenty of fluids
– Getting lots of fresh, outdoor air
– Supporting your digestive system (fix your gut!)
Where should you start to fix your gut?
Start with just one thing, and work your way up from there. There are so many avenues you can go down when it comes to addressing digestive issues, and the easiest way to make lasting changes is to start slow and small. Sometimes, the smallest changes can make the biggest difference!
