Hi, I’m Veronique!
I help women prepare their bodies prior to conception
As a fertility nutritionist based in Ontario, my mission is to help women find peace and comfort in knowing that they have the power and ability to have a smooth transition into motherhood. This includes preparing the body and mind prior to conception and supporting both mom and baby along the way, even through pregnancy and post-partum.
When working together, my goal is to help you find balance in your hormones, your digestion, your nutrition and in your knowledge of self. When we combine all these together, we support ourselves in such a way that we can feel great before, during and after pregnancy.

Does Vive Life Only Work with Women?
I work with both women & men – conceiving is a job that requires the work of both mom and dad!
Do You Only Work With Women Trying to Conceive?
I work with women & men, but focus primarily on women’s health to support them with fertility awareness and throughout pregnancy.
Do You Have More Information About Your Packages?
Sure do! The fertility nutrition services page will show you what’s included in each package: choose your preferred option or book a free discovery call to discuss with me!
Can I Book One Appointment at a Time?
This is certainly an option that’s available, just know that best results are best seen when we work through each section in the package
Are Payment Plans Available?
Absolutely. The 6, 12 & 24 week (6 month) fertility nutrition packages include different payment options to best suit your needs.
What Are Your Hours?
I work Monday-Friday, between my offices in Ontario. Location and hours will vary between 10 AM-7 PM depending on where we meet. I can also meet virtually with anyone in Ontario & Canada-wide between those hours.
