This 22 page workbook with 70+ questions that both partners are expected to fill out separately and discussing together afterwards. This love project is the result of a document I put together for my husband and I before having our first child. Having these important conversations ahead of time gave us the opportunity to make sure we were on the same page, to encourage healthy and constructive discussions and get get a deeper understanding of each of our values on parenting. Having a baby is a huge endeavour, knowing where your partner stands ahead of time helps minimize surprises after baby comes.

I need support with my period, where do I start?

Start with something, anything!

The best thing you can do for yourself today is to pick one thing that is small, achievable, and something that you know you can maintain long term. This alone can make a great impact, bigger than you can imagine.

Maybe that looks like going for daily walks, or cutting out one “sweet” each day. Maybe it means having breakfast every morning and making sure you don’t skip this important meal! There are many things to choose from – what will yours be?

Your period shouldn’t be a mystery to you, in fact, I highly recommend you take the time to get to your menstrual cycle – this is why I created the Cycle Literacy and the Women’s Health & Fertility Foundations Booklets.

These booklets help you identify what your menstrual cycle is telling you about your health. With that baseline, you can learn to make the necessary changes to better support our periods so we can thrive all month long. Using the guidelines from the foundational self help booklet, you will have enough tools to help yourself heal and feel great.

It’s something I actually review with all the clients I work with, whether it be for digestive health, hormone health or fertility support!

What is self-help?

Self-help refers to the act of improving ones self in whichever means they see fit. It’s usually done at your own pace with information presented in different formats.

Why did you make these self-help booklets?

Seeing as I work with a lot of women in their menstruating years and there seems to be an overall lack of education in the realm of menstrual health, I thought it would be a fun way to share this information with them! I do review a lot of this type of information when I’m working with my clients on their health or fertility journeys, but sometimes it’s nice to have this information ready at hand to have available long-term. I put these booklets together for you to simplify your experience and give you as much value as possible in one spot. You will not be disappointed.
